- Recoltant cooperator
The Lacuisse family has exploited their vineyard since the beginning of the 20th century. Today the estate reaches 17 hectares, spread over the hillsides of Sermiers, a village classified as "Premier Cru" in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.
Respectful of their heritage, the Lacuisse family is committed to Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
"We take care of our vines without insecticides, limit treatments, practice weeding, mechanical tillage as well as sexual confusion and we recover our washing water."
Lacuisse champagnes are without bisulfite added during disgorgement and benefit from aging in cellars for a minimum of 4 years.
During a tour of the estate, you will start with a projection then you will discover the vineyard, the cellar, the riddling, the disgorgement and the dosage of the shipping liqueur. The visit will end with a commented tasting of the champagnes.
